We are an architect driven, design/build landscape construction company serving the Andover market and are looking for a working project foreman. You’ll collaborate alongside seasoned landscape artisans to foster new ideas while installing our in-house designed projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience working on architect driven residential projects.

• Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of high-end residential landscape construction

• ability to understand and navigate schematic drawings

• clear understanding of grading and ability to set benchmarks for crew

• comprehensive knowledge of all sub trades such as electrical, plumbing, irrigation, masonry, carpentry etc

• expert operator skills for mini excavator and skid steer.

• CDL-B a plus

We are a high-end residential landscape construction company that is looking to bring in an experienced machine operator onto an established construction crew. Precision grading and site prep must be next-level.

Requirements

• Expert operator skills for mini excavator and skid steer.

• Hoisting License

• Valid Class A, CDL License

• Medical DOT card

JOB TITLE: Fine Gardener
JOB TYPE: Seasonal, full-time

Are you an eager individual with a passion for horticulture that enjoys working outdoors and nurturing high-end gardens? If so, we might be looking for you! Andover Landscape Design & Construction, LLC is searching for an experienced Fine Gardener/Horticulturist to add to our growing team.

You’ll collaborate alongside trained horticulturalists to foster new ideas while maintaining the design intent of all projects. You will also develop comprehensive gardening plans for each property, install and maintain perennial gardens, create container designs, and conduct pest and disease identification and integrated pest management. In addition, you’ll work closely with and report to our lead Russell Stott.
